The approval rating of Joe Biden has once again taken a beating, with more Americans not wanting to see him running again.

Republicans New Wave of Gerrymandering Across the US
Republicans are relying on Biden’s dwindling numbers to launch an all-out assault against Democrats for the 2022 midterm elections.
They are writing memos to potential political donors, promising them to replicate Virginia’s win in the other states as well, hence requesting donations from them.
On the other hand, the redistricting efforts of the GOP are turning into gerrymandering with every passing day. These aggressive redistricting tactics are evident in various states, including Wisconsin, where the GOP-controlled legislature just made an attempt to stop the blue wave.
On Monday, November 8, Wisconsin Senate Republicans approved politically motivated maps for the next ten years that will shape the boundaries of the state in favor of Republicans.
While state Democrats also introduced their own maps, however, they failed to pass due to the Republicans’ majority in the state senate.
Similarly, in New Hampshire, where Republicans managed to occupy the state legislature in the 2020 elections, the worst effort to manipulate Congressional maps in nearly 150 years is on its way.
The latest debate in the state legislature is to revise the Congressional districts in a way that would help the GOP win at least one of the two congressional districts, both of which were won by Democrats in the last year’s election.
Meanwhile, in North Carolina, Republicans have already conspired against the incumbent Democrat Kathy Manning by changing the maps, who is expected to lose her seat easily due to the gerrymandering in the 2022 midterm.
Then comes another Democratic congressman, G.K. Butterfield, who is also likely to be the victim of Republicans gerrymandering in North Carolina.
Based on the latest estimates after the GOP-led redistricting, they can easily control 11 out of 14 districts of the state.
Ohio is yet another example of Republicans’ recent gerrymandering effort, where the Democrats’ presence will potentially be reduced in two out of 15 districts of the state as per the latest maps.
Why Biden Does Not Have to Worry about CNN Latest Polls
In CNN’s latest polls, almost 58% of Americans said that Biden was not giving enough attention to the nation’s most important issues.
Not only this, but more than half of the voters depicted that they won’t vote for Biden’s rhetoric in the 2022 midterm elections.
However, the timing of these polls does not paint the true picture of people’s opinion, as the polls were actually conducted from November 1 to November 4, a couple of days before the bipartisan infrastructure bill was passed.
As a matter of fact, the passing of the infrastructure bill is what characterized Biden’s presidency after nine months since his inauguration, and any polls that were conducted before this bill now stand null and void.
So, while the pre-infrastructure bill numbers may come against Biden, now, after the passing of the bill, he must wait for the next polls to measure the sentiments of the people in a true sense.

All Republicans want right now is the Senate majority, and if they manage to get the House, it will be a cherry on top.
Requiring only one net seat in the Senate, these redistricting efforts of Republicans are promising enough to bring them on top.
For Democrats, relying on their economic agenda may remain the key measure, but they need to control the inflation if they want to make the 2022 elections count.
